The majority of cards - are on both these entities. Hoping to finish my work, to the end of this weekįinished mapping between XMage and Scryfall (cardcard) Thanks again to spjspj4 for his method of using ImageMagick to cut white round-corners excesses on cards' images - it works fine! Reworked that method for possible different card images' sizes. Hoping that in future, such a database will be XMage itself. It seems like no one worldwide MTG database, does not contain EVERYTHING. also has far not every token - downloading this else material, from elsewhere Scryfall doesn't have some sets, and has completely no tokens - downloading this else material, from elsewhere XMage has not ALL the MTG cards inside - because some of MTG cards are not "implemented" in worldwide MTG gaming formats, and etc.

(rather than having just "Scryfall's this card unique code (in this set)" bound to "Scryfall's direct link to this card's image")Īs "XMage's card name" almost always equals to "Card Name (global)" - now all the "path" from - "XMage's set abbreviation" + "XMage's card name" - to - "Scryfall's this card's image" - is clear! This means getting ALL the MTG cards' images from Scryfall - in the end-point format "Scryfall's set abbreviation" + "Card Name (global)" (all these bindings are now in that big "Analytical Table") So, now I have end-point binding: "Scryfall's set abbreviation" + "Card Name (global)" = "Scryfall's direct link to this card's image" Recently, I elaborated the method (without the usage of Scryfall API) of automatic mass getting bindings "Scryfall's set abbreviation" + "Card Name (global)" "Scryfall's this card's unique code (in this set)"Īnd, "Scryfall's set abbreviation" + Scryfall's this card's unique code (in this set) = "Scryfall's direct link to this card's image" The example at topic "XMage images DB "XMage set abbreviation" "Cockatrice set abbreviation" "Cockatrice's set type" "Cockatrice's set release date" ( "Scryfall's number of cards in this set")

New mini-project - on card images that, by now, have solid WHITE borders Make that corners black (such a way, all XMage cards will be of the strict rectangular shape). Here I need now some desigion from community: New mini-project - called "Let's Get Rid Of That Stupid White Corners Of Round-Cornered Cards" There also may be issues in Promo-type Magic-sets, when the certain card's image is not the "generic" of this set (but, rather, just taken from some other set) If you see such a tokens - please write the issue on it here - specifying in it, set code of that spell (and, possibly, that spell's card number in this set) - all that info, can be seen in XMage Deck Editor cardpool list. Despite all this great work, images of some tokens spawned from some rare spells from some rare sets, MAY not be shown yet. If you dislike any (or all) of these new land images - you can just restore them from their backups situated in corresponding sets' zip-folders Made the new images for land fetches - based on cool images from STRATA STRIKE. Made the new (hand-made) full-format image for basic land "Wastes", bound it to card

Saved original images too, in another folders of the same zip Made some improvements to image gamma for original Island, Plains, Swamp lands. Set UNH (Unhinged, full-art basic lands). Formerly, I made the following changes to lands: (also, added new variants for emblems' and several tokens' filenames) I actually kind of like the original goyf art better than the newer one.Today I merged this DB, with bulletr0k's DB. His entire body is kind of a tangled mess, hard to make out what's going on other than his left arm, which from our perspective is coming out of the page, and hooking slightly downward. At the top of the mound of head, you can see tiny little yellow circles which are goyf's eyes. He's even got the weird inner mouth going, same as goyf, that has weird inward hooking teeth. These are, in my opinion, complete rip-offs from the mouths used in Blade 3 (terrible movie, though, so who cares?) Now if you follow the arm it will run into his mouth-pincers. You can kind of see the pincer-like fingers he has. Now if you can see the thing holding the person up, that's goyf's right arm.

Skulls are on the bottom of the piece, they are unrelated.

The actual tarmogoyf's head is about as big as this person-figure, if that helps, and is located slightly to the right of him. I see the small Goyf int the left part of picture, but why is he wrapped by some branches? Also, wouldn't it be better to make the creature look more awesome and to increase its size over the unused space in the middle? There's a person on the left, he's about to be eaten. Still not having a smallest clue what's in the illustration.
